**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and revenue goals, and contributing to the growth and success of our clients.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and adapting to changes in the market and our business.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
* Positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
**Requirements**
To work as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* To live within the state of Texas.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
