**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

* Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using our mobile app and website, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers, upholding the arenaflex values of respect, empathy, and integrity.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An independent and driven personality, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Strong presentation and people management skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* The ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to be available during evenings and weekends.
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services is a plus, but not essential.
