**Experienced Chat Support Associate – Veterinary Community Engagement and Support**

We're a growing team on a mission to modernize the $50B+ animal health industry, and we're looking for exceptionally talented and passionate people to join our team. **About the Position** As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals to support them in their critical purchasing decisions and processes through the use of our platform. You'll work collaboratively with our support team to provide an exceptional experience for our users, leveraging live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.
