**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional experience for every user leveraging the platform for their supply ordering needs. You'll work collaboratively with our Support Team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and help evolve our platform to meet the evolving needs of our users.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
* Provide exceptional support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the Support Team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience
* Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to effectively communicate with users and provide solutions to their needs
* Work cross-functionally with other teams to help evolve our platform and meet the evolving needs of our users
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a one-for-all mentality and excellent collaboration skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
* 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
* Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
* A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
* A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a tech or start-up environment
* Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
