**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional user experience
* Collaborate with the Support Team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and evolve our platform to meet the needs of our users
* Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide informed support and guidance to our users
* Work cross-functionally with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
* Contribute to the growth and success of our community by providing proactive support and guidance to our users
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment
* 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business administration)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality
