As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving claims-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and customers. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Analyzing information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts * Requesting and distributing internal information to aid Claims Adjudication Department * Answering phone and email inquiries and providing information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage, and claims processes * Managing work-flow, processing, and completing all requests and documents according to established procedures * Collaborating with management and co-workers in a friendly team environment * Participating in camera-based training, team meetings, and meetings with management * Other job duties as assigned **Key to Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of a High School graduate or GED * Strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and multitask * A high level of accuracy in data entry skills * The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers * Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly * The ability to type at least 35 wpm and document information while discussing the claim over the phone * Automotive Service Department experience is preferred, but not required **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Proficient in MS Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow your career and develop new skills.
