**The Opportunity**
As a Claims Processor Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing insurance claims, negotiating settlement terms, and maintaining accurate claims records. You will work closely with claimants, management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely review and approval of claims. **Responsibilities**
As a Claims Processor Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
* Analyzing and processing insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Negotiating settlement terms with claimants and other stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate claims records, including documentation and data entry
* Learning and applying workers' compensation policies and regulations to ensure compliance
* Reviewing and assisting with claim forms to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Supporting claimants in explaining their claims and providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting management with complex cases and providing recommendations for resolution
* Preparing reports on all cases to ensure timely review and approval
* Ensuring accurate coding of injuries or illnesses in the claims system
* Maintaining a workers' compensation claim log and performing data entry in the Workers' Compensation system
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 10+ years of relevant experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field
* Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Team player with excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Desired Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
* Strong understanding of workers' compensation policies and regulations
* Excellent investigative skills and ability to analyze complex data
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers competitive compensation and benefits to our employees. The proposed salary range for this position is $64,400 - $135,100, depending on factors such as geographic location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
