This is a remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Help clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions * Oversee both inbound and outbound calls * Proactively identify answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction * Adopt an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required * Provide exceptional customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment * Assist with responding to client requests regarding their insurance and copays, as needed * Furnish our clients with specialized support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com * Serve clients promptly to ensure we're building a long-term relationship with them * View every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship with our clients **Essential Qualifications** * Currently reside within the province of Arizona to qualify for this position * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures * Familiarity with Amazon's pharmacy services and policies * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience working with customers with diverse backgrounds and needs **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
