**Job Summary**
As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing a broad spectrum of needs and concerns in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. You will perform a variety of customer service and unit-operations activities to assist medical, nursing, and administrative staff in meeting unit, department, and institutional needs. You will also utilize information/computer systems and programs to provide exceptional patient care and service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as a central point of contact and communication for patients, families, visitors, and members of the healthcare team in patient care units
* Address a broad spectrum of needs and concerns in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
* Perform a variety of customer service and unit-operations activities to assist medical, nursing, and administrative staff in meeting unit, department, and institutional needs
* Utilize information/computer systems and programs to provide exceptional patient care and service
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve patient concerns and improve patient satisfaction
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
