As a Commercial Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate their commercial insurance needs. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, identify opportunities to serve our customers better, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to commercial insurance customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
* Identify opportunities to serve customers better, suggesting additional products or services that meet their needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required

* P&C license or willingness to obtain

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Salary: $32-$35k per year, depending on experience
* Commission on new business premium written
* 15 PTO days per year
* Matching 401K plan after 1 year of employment
