The Commercial Planning Supervisor will be a core member of our newly established Business Performance and Planning team. This team exists to deliver a unified, real-time view of trading performance across our flagship streaming platform, driving insight-led decision-making that accelerates subscriber growth, improves marketing efficiency, and shapes long-term commercial strategy. You will work in close partnership with brand and performance marketing teams, country-level commercial leads, business development, strategy, finance, and analytics teams across multiple regions and time zones.
You do not need to be a seasoned executive to excel here, but you do need intellectual curiosity, commercial instinct, and a genuine love of working with data to solve real business problems. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical horsepower with excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at every level.
