**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including:
+ Child-related products and services
+ Cell phones and mobile devices
+ Entertainment, such as TV shows, movies, and video games
+ Food and dining experiences
+ Sports and leisure activities
+ Electronics and gadgets
+ Pets and animal-related products
+ Automobiles and transportation
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating by completing written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
