We're seeking individuals to participate in a variety of focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on topics such as:
* Child-related issues (individuals with children 18 years or younger)
* Cell phone usage (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract)
* Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
* Food preferences (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
* Sports (casual viewers and die-hard fans)
* Electronics (device preferences and usage)
* Pets (animal lovers needed, including dogs, cats, and other pets)
* Automobiles (ownership, payments, or leasing)
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating by completing written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:
* Have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Have access to a reliable internet connection
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No experience required, but must be able to work independently
