**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for:
• Responding to a high volume of inbound calls from new and/or existing subscribers, handling caller needs with empathy and care
• Actively listening to customers, providing caring and supportive responses, and efficiently resolving expressed concerns
• Recommending product and value-added services that align with a customer's shared needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Protecting customer information by adhering to all Federal and State regulations, including CPNI, PCI, and HIPAA
• Providing Phonebook support and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions
**What You'll Need**
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with technology industry products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations
• Experience working with senior-aged customers, with a deep understanding of their unique needs and preferences
