**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling live chat queries from our customers about a range of topics, including deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and safer gambling.
* Highlighting trends in contact to Senior Executives and Managers, which may support early identification of issues.
* Providing exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.
* Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and ensuring they receive the right support as early as possible.
* Maintaining the security and integrity of our site by adhering to our policies and procedures.
* Understanding and listening to customer complaints, attempting to resolve them at the first point of contact or escalating correctly where necessary.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Zendesk experience, so you can hit the ground running.
* A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering 5-star quality.
* A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a high-volume service environment.
* A great understanding of the customer service industry and what it takes to be best in class.
* Previous experience in iGaming would be great, but not essential, as you'll receive top-class training.

**Work Environment and Schedule**
This position operates on a rotational schedule of 4 days on followed by 2 days off, including evening shifts and weekend work as part of the regular rotation. This can be a fully remote job from the EMEA time zone.
**Salary Range**
The salary range for this position is £23K-£27K.
