**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, with a positive energy that people can feel
* Learning about our skincare products to become a skincare guru and educate customers about our monthly promotions with a consultative sales approach
* Resolving customer issues with care and attention to detail, while maintaining accurate service tickets
* Identifying trends in feedback to help improve the arenaflex experience
* Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery
* Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with ease, making it a seamless experience for customers
* Maintaining accurate records and data, using tools like Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook/Teams
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a passion for skincare and helping people feel fabulous
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and colleagues alike
* A team player mindset, with a dash of independence and initiative-taking attitude
* Strong selling skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with multiple computer programs and screens, including online databases and internet-based systems
* Ability to work independently, with a positive energetic attitude and a focus on career growth
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* Experience in skincare, spa, or medical brands
* A Licensed Esthetician certification (not a requirement)
* Knowledge of SAP, Shopify, and/or CRM software
* Experience with phone systems software

This is a full-time position, with a day shift schedule.
