As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in building trust and relationships with our customers, providing accurate and timely support, and driving business growth through strategic recommendations. **What you'll do** As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to: * Handle inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, fostering a positive and supportive experience * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools, ensuring consistency and quality in our customer support * Update, revise, and expand upon existing customer support documentation, contributing to the growth and development of our knowledge base * Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs, driving business growth and revenue * Work part-time (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment **Who you are** We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who embodies the arenaflex product and service-first culture.
