**The Role**
As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring that their experience is consistently excellent. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and providing solutions to our customers' problems. You'll work closely with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure that they have everything they need to provide great service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure that they have everything they need to provide great service to our customers
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Work every second weekend, with occasional overtime as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Comfortable handling 50+ calls on a daily basis
* Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of laundry or dry cleaning processes
* Experience working with CRM software or other customer service tools
* Ability to speak multiple languages
