**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Associate II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and building lasting relationships. You'll work closely with our customers, contractors, and insurance adjusters to resolve property damage claims, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to get back on their feet. **Key Responsibilities**
* Meet and exceed arenaflex's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Build and maintain relationships with Leadership and Team organizations
* Meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines
* Update records and note system as required
* Develop and manage customer relationships and serve as a resource to customers
* Handle inbound telephone calls from customers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims to resolve customer inquiries
* Deliver timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
**Education and Experience**
* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
* 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
* This job does not have supervisory duties
**Compensation**
* Compensation offered for this role is $17.69 - 23.82 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications
