**Job Role: Customer Care Executive**
As a Customer Care Executive at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Meeting or exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhering to careerzynith's quality standards and policies
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide best-in-class customer service and support
* Work in 24*7 shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs
* Adhere to careerzynith's quality standards and policies
**Requirements:**
* Any undergraduate or graduate degree can apply
* Excellent communication skills required
* Immediate joiners preferred
* Candidates with 6 months of documented BPO experience would be preferred
