* 1 Head of Care
* 3 Customer Care Experts, based in France (that's you!)
* 21 agents based in Algeria
* 2 Managers based in Algeria

**Your Role**
As a Customer Care Expert, you'll play a key role in optimizing our Customer Care service and ensuring that our users receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* **75% of your time**: Project management and expertise development
+ After an immersion in our customer support process, you'll propose new ideas to improve the user experience and drive continuous growth.
+ You'll develop solutions to optimize and challenge our processes, and improve the quality of our responses.
+ You'll gather user feedback and propose improvements to our product teams.
+ You'll develop expertise on various Care topics, based on your interests and business needs.
* **25% of your time**: Responding to user requests
+ You'll respond to user requests via message or phone, to ensure a seamless experience.
+ You'll prioritize user requests and ensure that their needs are met.
**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:
* A first experience in project management and/or customer service, ideally in a startup environment
* Perfect French language skills, both written and spoken
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Adaptability and a willingness to learn
* A curious and reactive mindset
* Enthusiasm for optimizing customer service
* A passion for music (Damso and High School Musical are a plus!)
