We're a diverse team with a range of skills and expertise, and we're always looking for new talent to join us. Your responsibilities will include: * **75% of your time**: Project management and expertise development + After an immersion in our customer support process, you'll propose new ideas to improve the user experience and drive continuous growth. + You'll develop solutions to optimize and challenge our processes, and improve the quality of our responses. + You'll gather user feedback and propose improvements to our product teams. + You'll develop expertise on various Care topics, based on your interests and business needs. * **25% of your time**: Responding to user requests + You'll respond to user requests via message or phone, to ensure a seamless experience. + You'll prioritize user requests and ensure that their needs are met. **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
