* Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth and development

* Develop a positive team culture by addressing individual and well-being issues promptly
* Implement adherence to arenaflex policies and procedures among all team members

* Practice cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses
**What You'll Bring**
* Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Self-motivated entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training skills
* Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
* Ability to develop collaborative relationships as a well-respected and trusted partner
* Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
* Valid driver's license required
