**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* **Manage a team of customer care representatives**: Provide guidance and support to your team members in resolving customer inquiries and issues, and help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
* **Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention**: Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to address these issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
* **Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics**: Use data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management on how to address these issues.
* **Collaborate with other departments**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
* **Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures**: Ensure that all customer care representatives are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures, and that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with these policies.
* **Handle escalated customer issues and complaints**: Provide a high level of support to customers who have escalated issues or complaints, and work to resolve these issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:
* **7+ years of experience in customer care or a related field**: You'll need to have a strong background in customer care, with experience in managing teams and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
