**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and chats, while building strong relationships with our clients and understanding their needs
* Developing key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
* Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to recommend the right arenaflex solutions to our clients
* Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols
* Demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity and compliance with all administrative and regulatory rules
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in client support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
