About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our remote team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide elevated levels of product and service knowledge to recommend the right arenaflex solutions
- Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Record important data as per established procedures and protocols
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a customer support and sales environment
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
