Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and leaders, engaging with them to understand their needs and suggesting the right blithequark products and services to meet those needs
- Convey in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and other key components of blithequark's offerings
- Continuously develop and refine your selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Accurately document important record information according to established policies and procedures
- Demonstrate integrity by complying with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales and service practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least two years of customer support experience, with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven results in a customer care and sales environment, with a minimum of two years of experience
- The ability to work in a dynamic, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate electronic systems

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
