As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class support to our clients. You'll be the face of our organization, providing personalized assistance and guidance to help our customers achieve their goals. **What you'll do:**
* Provide exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
* Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including American Express SBS offerings, to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
* Enhance your key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
* Demonstrate a commitment to integrity, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to sales and customer service practices.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in client support, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability and multitasking skills in an electronic climate.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
