**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting our operations and customer center teams in resolving customer inquiries and issues
* Collaborating with avionics experts to tackle functional business challenges
* Working with our Load Control Center, Fuel Methodology team, and other groups to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
* Utilizing data and information to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
* Developing and implementing applications and efficiencies to reduce responsibility for our cutting-edge teams
* Researching and fostering techniques to determine safe and conservative fuel loads, improve airplane directing, and enhance payload gauging
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A strong foundation in communication, project management, and teamwork
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow
* Eagerness to collaborate with colleagues and influence the skill of others
* A customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record
* Availability to work for three substituting semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
* Enthusiasm for a future career in the aviation industry and serving arenaflex's clients

* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with carrier tasks, booking, and arranging
* History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
