**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You'll work with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and create raving fans for arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
* Meet or exceed performance targets and sales goals
* Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
* Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday)
