**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Representatives to join our OCC team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with our teams to resolve issues, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Collaborate with our avionics experts to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to drive business growth
* Work closely with our Load Control Center, Fuel Methodology team, and other OCC groups to ensure seamless operations and efficient decision-making
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to drive a culture of collaboration and excellence
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as software engineering, data analysis, and project management
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., software engineering, data analysis, business administration) preferred
* Availability to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
* Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
* Ability to learn new skills quickly, take calculated risks, and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, with a focus on well-being and safety for self and others
* Ability to work effectively in a diverse, inclusive environment, embracing different perspectives and styles

* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other programming languages
* Experience with carrier operations, scheduling, and planning
