**Role Overview**
As a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and field partners. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product support. Your role will involve:
* Providing professional, personable, and timely support to customers and field partners via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Efficiently and simultaneously accessing and entering data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers
* Skillfully communicating to understand customer concerns, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of action to resolve issues
* Answering use and care questions, educating customers on our innovative products, and maximizing their enjoyment and use
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service, negotiating to a solution that is mutually beneficial to the customer and careerzynith
**Responsibilities**
* Must be available for onsite training in Goodyear, AZ for 3 months, Monday - Friday
* Month One: 8:00am - 5:00 p.m.
* Month Two: ¾ time with varied hours
* Provide exceptional customer service skills while interacting with customers and field partners
* Efficiently access and enter data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers
* Communicate effectively to understand customer concerns, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of action to resolve issues
* Answer use and care questions, educate customers on our innovative products, and maximize their enjoyment and use
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service, negotiating to a solution that is mutually beneficial to the customer and careerzynith
**Experience and Qualifications**
* Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional style and delivery
* Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Bachelor's degree or other advanced education a plus but not required; high school diploma or GED a must
* Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required; product support experience preferred
* Training is onsite in Goodyear, AZ for 3 months, Monday - Friday
* After initial training period, part-time schedule will be for 25-29 hours per week; days and times may vary each week
