**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and web-based interactions. **Key Responsibilities**

* Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
* Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
* Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
* Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com, empowering them to navigate our platform with confidence
* Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
* 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in navigating digital platforms
* Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, ensuring seamless and efficient handling of customer queries
* Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
