As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and building long-term relationships. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex Pharmacy, you'll be responsible for: * Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions * Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries * Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction * Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary * Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment * Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs * Providing technical support to customers when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com * Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them * Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship * Maintaining adherence to arenaflex's Work From Home policy and promoting customer privacy and safety **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and phone systems * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical products * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with customers with diverse backgrounds and needs * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using technology * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding * Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
