**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional support and service through various communication channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a strong customer orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide professional administrative and telephone support for incoming customer and branch phone calls to deliver first call resolution
* Handle all general questions concerning statements or other correspondence received by the customer relating to supply accounts, installment accounts, and branch inquiries
* Update the automated credit card system for account changes accurately and in compliance with internal and PCI controls
* Process customer credit card or electronic check payments by phone accurately and in compliance with internal and PCI controls
* Act as liaison between branch offices and the Financial Shared Services team
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Functions**
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions that meet customer needs
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
* Adhere to internal policies and procedures, including PCI controls and data security protocols
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Job Qualifications**
* High School degree or equivalent
* Strong customer orientation with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette and a pleasant and friendly attitude
* Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional at building relationships
* Positively contribute to the Financial Shared Services team environment
* Has exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills and shows a great attention to detail
* Proficient in computer navigation and working with several software programs at the same time
* Demonstrates a commitment to arenaflex's values and professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times
**Preferred Qualifications**
* SAP experience
* Financial Services experience
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
