arenaflex is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Employees work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. This role is fully remote, and we welcome applicants from across the United States.
As a Customer Care representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful while representing arenaflex’s values of integrity, respect, and care. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively. You will utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements.
