**Your Role as a Customer Care Representative**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and responding to customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
* Providing excellent customer service through proactive issue resolution and timely responses
* Working with confidential customer information and maintaining the highest level of sensitivity
* Communicating effectively with customers, including providing video support when needed
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
* Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume and maintain a high level of productivity
* Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and typing at a speed of 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or equivalent, with over 18 years of age
* Predictable and reliable attendance
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 6-12 months of customer service experience
* Consistent work history and a proven track record of success
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Some technical background or experience with software applications
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to provide:
* A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later installed
* A wired Ethernet LAN connection and a reliable internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISPs are not permitted)
* A minimum of 4GB RAM and a clean, quiet workspace
* Proof of internet speed, with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* No packet loss and a ping under 50ms
