**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities with professionalism and empathy
* Resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet customers' needs
* Utilize arenaflex's systems and tools to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* 1 year of call center experience
* 6 months of customer service experience
* Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
* High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
* A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare or related industry
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
