Role Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering customer loyalty. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
- Provide product information: Provide accurate information about arenaflex services, delivery processes, and partner restaurants, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery, ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Utilize CRM tools: Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues, ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Meet service level agreements: Work towards monthly service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals, ensuring that customer expectations are met.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service: Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring that customer issues are resolved effectively.
- Ability to multi-task: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment, ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Proficiency in software applications: Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM tools.
