**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Email Follow-Up Specialist & Building Design Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, repricing buildings, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a flexible schedule, with 3-4 hours of work per day.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Email Follow-Up Specialist & Building Design Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
* Repricing buildings and updating customer information in our system
* Collaborating with our sales team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication with our customers and internal teams
* Providing support to our design team with building design-related tasks and projects
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 3-4 hours of availability per day for work
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Reasonable computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
