**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately processing sales through our Point of Sale system and credit card terminals with precision, while following company policies and procedures.
* Selling apparel in the trackside souvenir stand and providing expert recommendations to customers.
* Completing the check-in process with our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
* Taking guest photos and capturing memories for our customers.
* Supporting opening and closing functions when needed, including setting up and tearing down equipment.
* Providing excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
* Ability to work weekdays and weekends, including flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our events.
* Physical stamina to remain upright on your feet for sustained periods of time, including during peak event periods.
* A minimum age of 16 years old.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
* Knowledge of the NASCAR industry and its events.
* Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and credit card processing.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
