We believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program. **The Role** As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service to our customers over the phone, email, and live chat. You'll be responsible for: * Providing above-and-beyond customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience * Becoming an expert in arenaflex's internal management system, efficiently processing sales orders and maintaining customer relationships * Utilizing our communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments * Identifying trends and pain points in our work, brainstorming solutions to improve each customer's experience * Collaborating with the CX team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a well-rounded team player who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
