You'll be part of an exciting, fast-paced team that's dedicated to taking our support to the next level. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle three primary channels: inbound calls, chats, and messages for arenaflex's partner vendors, clients, and dashers worldwide while maintaining an exceptional experience in each interaction. * Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or investigations with impressive speed and accuracy. * Develop in-depth expertise in how arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources work, and how to utilize them to drive positive results. * Demonstrate powerful communication skills and relationship-building abilities. * Succeed at Quality!
