Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting internal and external customers with inquiries related to insurance claims and policy information * Investigating and resolving customer requests of basic complexity under general supervision * Maintaining and reporting daily work conditions based on business unit needs * Identifying and escalating system and/or policy issues as needed * Supporting system and application testing to improve efficiency and user experience * Receiving and responding to written and verbal communication from internal and external business partners **Education and Qualifications** To be eligible for this apprenticeship program, you must be currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or other relevant fields. Candidates with strong customer service and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
