**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to Card Members visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge. You'll act as an ambassador of the brand, providing personalized assistance with travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services. Your goal will be to create memorable experiences for our Card Members, exceeding their expectations and deepening their relationship with arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
• Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to each Card Member's preferences
• Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
• Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
**Qualifications:**
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus)
• Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
• Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations resulting in high satisfaction
• Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
• Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing Card Members' experiences
• Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
• Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks

**Salary Range:**
The expected hourly pay range for this job requisition is $20.00 to $22.12, plus bonus and benefits.
