**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:
* Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
* Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
* Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
* Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (travel reservation experience a plus)
* A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
* Exceptional communication skills, delighting customers with every interaction
* The ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
* The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
* The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
* Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on putting customers' experiences at the forefront
* Resourcefulness and the ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
* The ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
* Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
