**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Concierge for the arenaflex Centurion Lounge in DFW Airport, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our premium Card Members. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to customer issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to deliver a superior customer experience that exceeds our Card Members' expectations.
**Responsibilities**
* Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
* Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, anticipating and addressing their needs and concerns.
* Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach.
* Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, consistently delivering exceptional service.
* Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, showcasing your knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
* Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, helping Card Members plan their next adventure.
* Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a memorable experience.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues, share best practices, and improve processes.
* Utilize technology platforms effectively, including our CRM system, to manage customer interactions and provide personalized service.
* Adapt to an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible and resilient in the face of unexpected situations.
**Requirements**
* Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry.
* Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience, to understand the complexities of our business.
* Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction.
* Ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, showcasing your expertise.
* Exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, setting a high standard for customer service.
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
* Make quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
* Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a customer environment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
