**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients visiting the arenaflex Centurion Parlor at the IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, serving as a brand ambassador and delivering personalized experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the parlor
* Providing attentive and proactive support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
* Offering innovative solutions to resolve client issues and concerns
* Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
* Providing travel and lifestyle suggestions, as well as making reservations and recommendations
* Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
**Capabilities and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities and qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting
* Experience in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
* Proven ability to adjust to clients' needs with proactive solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor
* Ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations
* High level of technical skills, including proficiency in web-based platforms and ability to adapt to new technology
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks
