**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our valued clients at the arenaflex Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized assistance to our clients. With a focus on proactive problem-solving, creative solutions, and exceptional customer service, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' positive experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
* Provide personalized assistance and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
* Utilize the Client's First approach to understand clients' requirements and expectations
* Offer travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle suggestions to enhance clients' experiences
* Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet clients' needs and preferences
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy in all interactions
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
* Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
* Proven ability to adjust to clients' needs with proactive solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
* Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to clients' concerns and needs
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative solutions and positive outcomes
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
* Ability to work with multiple technology platforms and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
