**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
* Utilizing your knowledge of the arenaflex inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
* Providing support and guidance throughout the customer's car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
* Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
* Mentoring and training other team members as your skillset expands
* Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
* Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license
**Benefits and Compensation**
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will receive an hourly rate, and after completing your training, you will have the opportunity to earn a performance-based sales incentive in addition to your hourly rate. Our high-energy sales environment offers a wide range of customer interactions, and you will have the opportunity to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
* Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
* A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
* Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* The ability to shift schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
* Meeting minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* Living in the state of Wisconsin
* Living within 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
