**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Design Co-Op, you will provide support to deliver best-in-class products, services, and experiences across various areas of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in market/competitor research and data analysis to inform design decisions
* Contributing to ideation, problem-solving, and marketing efforts to drive customer engagement
* Supporting event planning, business case development, and executive communications/presentation preparation
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects
* Developing effective presentations to communicate ideas and recommendations to leaders
**CXD Organization Overview**
The CXD organization at arenaflex is comprised of several areas, each focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a CXD Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to support one of the following areas:
* **Service Recovery Team**: Improving employee and customer experiences by enabling frontline staff to deliver premium experiences.
* **Onboard Brand Experience Team**: Designing, developing, and executing interior product developments for new aircraft deliveries, aircraft modifications, and customer-facing fleet projects.
* **Uniform Brand Experience Team**: Managing product development, operational program management, and marketing campaigns for uniform-related initiatives.
* **Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team**: Onboarding new/existing Wi-Fi providers, next-generation product innovation design & development, and marketing communications.
* **Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team**: Creating a future IFE strategy and product roadmap to deliver an innovative, best-in-class entertainment experience for customers.
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Availability**: Must be available for three alternating semesters (Spring 2025, Summer 2025, Fall 2025, Spring 2026, Summer 2026)
* **Education**: Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University during program duration
* **Experience**: Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications
* **Skills**: Demonstrates organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
* **Teamwork**: Team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
* **Communication**: Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
* **Technical**: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred
* **Safety and Security**: Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data

* **Age and Authorization**: Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States

As a CXD Co-Op, you will spend three alternating semesters working full-time at arenaflex and enrolled in courses at your university. The program outline is as follows:
* **Co-op Program Duration**: Three alternating semesters (Spring 2025, Summer 2025, Fall 2025, Spring 2026, Summer 2026)
* **Work and School Schedule**: Example: Spring 2025 - working, Summer 2025 - school or off, Fall 2025 - work, and Spring 2026 - school, Summer 2026 - working
